When you print a presentation in black and white, you may find that the white lines / shaded area become black and look messed up.

You can fix it by following the instructions below:

• Change view mode to grayscale. For Office 2003, go to View > Color / Grayscale > Grayscale

• If you are using Office 2007, simply click View > Grayscale

• You preview what the presentation look like in your black and white printout from here. Select the
object you want to change and right-click > Grayscale Setting > Grayscale

• Repeat the process and go through whole presentation until you are done

• You can also use the same technique making a dark background invisible in black and white printout
