Printing in Grayscale

When you print a presentation in black and white, you may find that the white lines / shaded area become black and look messed up.

How to Print Presentation Print Better in Grayscale?

You can fix it by following the instructions below:

Go to Grayscale Mode (Office 2003)

• Change view mode to grayscale. For Office 2003, go to View > Color / Grayscale > Grayscale

Go to Grayscale Mode (Office 2007)

• If you are using Office 2007, simply click View > Grayscale

Make Content Look Best Even in Grayscale Mode

• You preview what the presentation look like in your black and white printout from here. Select the
  object you want to change and right-click > Grayscale Setting > Grayscale

Ready for Print in Grayscale

• Repeat the process and go through whole presentation until you are done

Make Dark Background Invisible

• You can also use the same technique making a dark background invisible in black and white printout
